NZ Only, International shipping can be arranged by contacting the store.
 
We offer free shipping on all urban orders over $150. Deliveries under $150 will incur a $10 fee.
 
Extra fees will be charged for rural deliveries they will incur an extra $10 delivery fee.

Returns

The team at FiftyFive will do everything we can to help you to find a piece to treasure for seasons to come. Please contact us if you need any help with styling your purchased piece. All items are fully checked by the team before being sent out.

Refund Policy.  Please note that Fiftyfive Boutique has a strict 7 day returns policy. Refunds are available for full priced online purchases only. In store purchases are non-refundable. 

We want to make supporting our store as user friendly as possible, and to give you the confidence to purchase online. If your purchase item is just not right or does not fit properly we are happy to provide a refund, exchange or store credit.

NB: Please note, sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund, and cannot be returned, or exchanged, these are for final sale

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The return of the item is at your cost and responsibility until it reaches the team at FiftyFive. We recommend that you use a courier with a tracking service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Returns Process

Please do the following:

  • Email info@fiftyfive.co.nz within 24 hrs of receiving your purchase with your intent to return the item. A member of the team will contact you to help you with your return. Advice will be given and you may then proceed with your return.
  • Securely package your item/s in a waterproof carry product
  • Send your return goods to: Returns at FiftyFive Boutique, 55 Victoria Avenue, Whanganui, NZ 4500.
  • Ship your package with a traceable, insured shipping method. FiftyFive cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship, customers are responsible for the safe return of goods
  • When the item is received it will be checked to ensure that is unworn, undamaged and that it has the correct tags attached. Returns, exchanges and credits will only be processed once the item is received and deemed to be in its original unworn condition. The cost of shipping $12 will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
  • Packages received at FiftyFive outside the 7 day timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Important information:

  • All exchanges are subject to availability
  • We will withhold $12 for the cost of our shipping of your item to you on refunded purchases.
  • Discounted and sale items and non-refundable
  • If your return does not meet the above terms stated in the returns policy, your item will not be refunded and you will have to pay shipping costs to have it returned to you.
