Returns
The team at FiftyFive will do everything we can to help you to find a piece to treasure for seasons to come. Please contact us if you need any help with styling your purchased piece. All items are fully checked by the team before being sent out.
We do not provide refunds. Store credits are issued for any items that are returned within 7 days. Please contact the store if you wish to return an item for a store credit (unworn/undamaged with the tags still attached. We can provide an exchange for an item for another size if available OR we will issue a store credit.
NB:(Please note, sale or discounted items cannot be returned, or exchanged, these are for final sale)
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The return of the item is at your cost and responsibility until it reaches the team at FiftyFive. We recommend that you use a courier with a tracking service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
Returns Process
Please do the following:
- Email info@fiftyfive.co.nz with your intent to return the item. A member of the team will contact you.
- Securely package your item/s
- Send your return goods to FiftyFive Boutique, 55 Victoria Avenue, Whanganui, NZ 4500.
- Ship your package with a traceable, insured shipping method. FiftyFive cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship
- When the item is received it will be checked to ensure that is unworn, undamaged and that it has the correct tags attached.
- Packages received at FiftyFive outside the 7 day timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
