All standard New Zealand orders are shipped via Fastway couriers. You can track your order easily via the on-line tracking service. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.
For furniture or items we deem too large for the standard courier delivery, these are to be picked up from Fifty Five or please contact our team to receive a quote for delivery.
Orders placed over the weekend/public holiday will be processed within 1-2 business days. Processing may take 3 working days at the most. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot re-direct it.
A signature is required on all deliveries. If you wish to have your parcel left, this is at your own risk. If you have specific instructions, please email us at info@fiftyFive.co.nz with your request. Please note we do not send orders to P.O. Box addresses.
REST OF WORLD SHIPPING
If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email info@fiftyFive.co.nz with your location and we will provide you with a freight quote. Any additional taxes, quarantine charges or customs duties that are incurred within the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.
North Island 4-7 working days.
South Island or Rural delivery allow 7-10 working days.
Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and Fifty Five cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please contact us so we can follow up with the courier company.
Note: During sale periods delivery times may be longer than time listed above. Orders are subject to availability of stock.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership passes to you when the goods are delivered to your address, as well as risk of damage to the goods.
